RE:horsewithnoname is rightIf Fortescue only needs 20% more and they will have full control , if they make an  offer, must the offer be for the 70% of shares they don't own or they could just use another "friendly" company to buy the 20% they need to control the company and down the road slowly buying shares after shares until they own 100 % ???
