RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Huge Insider SELL

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Huge Insider SELL Thanks MoneyK.  I strongly believe opinions should ideally be backed up by facts whenever facts are available because when the facts are not accurate opinions are ususally wrong and God knows we've got enough opinions on these boards that lack the facts to make most opinions actionable.

Now, getting back to CUU shares trading activity, I see that about 9 million CUU shares traded on the TSXV exchange during those 3 days (May 14 to 16) and we now know that Hector only sold about 1.3 million shares and still holds (directly and indirectly about 4.6 millions shares.  EE and ES did not buy or sell and shares during that period.  Well, I can see why EE wouldn't trade any shares because he is in this for the long game but I'm a little surprised that ES didn't sell into that run up, at least some shares but he sold none (unless he's yet to have reported those sales).

So what can we make of all this?  I'd like to think that eventually TECK will make a move on Shaft Creek or buy out CUU's interest and with Copper prices at all time highs either of those possibilities is coming sooner or later BUT how will we know when the time is right to increase our CUU holdings?   Is this recent rapid CUU share price run up to a high of .65 cents on May 16, 2024 merely a repeat of the run up to a high of .65 cents on May 11, 2021?  It sure looks like it.  So when can we expect a repeat of May 11, 2021 and May 16, 2024, perhaps May of 2027?

I would like to pick up some more shares of CUU at these levels to average down but why if I'm just going to put more dead money into this thing.  My main concerns with CUU is their 559,000,000 OS share float and the potential for a reverse share split (10:1, 100:1, who knows).  Or maybe EE makes some sort of deal with TECK where he comes out smelling like a rose in a side deal with TECK or maybe another suitor and us long term bag holders get the shaft.

Does anyone on this board have an opinion, backed up by FACTS, that might lead me to believe that TECK is very near making a decision or move with respect to CUU and the Shaft Creek project in particular?  Perhaps you have a log cabin up and overlooking Shaft Creek and can see if anything is developing at Shaft Creek...Lol.
