RE:Sandeep in for a few more rights & options !I exchanged a couple emails with Sandeep over the last day asking questions related to our BOD -
1) Do they have a personal stake in WRN and have they put their own capital into the company?
2) What are they doing to promote the project?
3) Whenever i see Tara on video, etc --- she's only promoting Banyan. What has she done on the BOD to drive shareholder value exactly?
He responsed and commented about Ray and Rob and excited about them joining the BOD. He also commented that Tara has a full time job at Banyan but has been helpful to Sandeep both internally and within the Yukon.
Also, he mentioned they did discuss recently increasing bod ownership levels with timelines to get there but he wasn't of course albe to speak directly for individuals on bod etc. I do think Sandeep is a firm believer in this concept --- management and BOD should be vested in WRN and personally motivated to see our share price increase.
In my opinion, i cannot see why Tara on the BOD --- i mean i'd think she's spending 98%+ of her time and effort trying to see Banyan succeed and very little for WRN.
I followed up with a response to Sandeep and stated ---
" Anyone who doesn't have a pesonal stake and isn't willing to put their OWN captial into WRN doesn't belong on the BOD in my opinion. It makes zero sense for someone like me to have way more shares than someone on the BOD and there really should be no excuse we can't find ppl to fill the BOD with signficant skin in the game! Please make sure to pass that along....I think many individual investors in WRN feel the same as me on this subject."
