When a poster such as you shows up here and starts saying they know where the SP is going, I only have one Question for you? 

If you know, and you have insider info? Then take advantage of it. Don't come here and brag or boast about your knowledge. I'm not interested. There have been a lot of know-it-alls here in the past, you're not the first. They're all gone too

So tell us what you do know about this new pure play company. Which probably isn't much. Because you're either a short or a day trader. I don't want to hear about your boasting, and fear mongering. Like I've said, you're not the first or the last here to boast. So just save of the FEAR and manipulation. We'll talk again in 2025 when the company's real fundementals kick in.
