If there is still a sign up and empty 2 years after it closed sounds like it's more a Kingston mall issue than a BarBurrito issue.
Steady trickle down here.  This is when to  slowly accumulate on every penny drop.  I am, after getting lucky a few weeks back on that brief surge.  Ugly market everywhere though, and this dog isn't pretty in a good market.
