I like the pace of the repurchases.  It is critical not to let the buybacks push up the unit price, and Artis management are doing a fantastic job of that.  If they can complete the NCIB at an average unit price under $6.50, that will be hugely accretive to NAV per unit.   Plus we get to hear Gary squeal for another few months.
