I've mailet them and asked rthe normal time for remittance to be done after a memorandum.

Remittance is when the memorandum is being sent to the involved authorities so they can give feedback.
My best guess is that the memorandum will definitely be public before the semester which is 15 of June I believe.

I am 100 % sure that it will be positive. The Government are having the ground in anyway they can at the moment. Articles, TV, Radio etc...

This Governments main target is to lower taxes in Sweden and for the first time ever they are taking initiative for a new mining tax.

That tells me a lot !
