Its Air Canada Vacations is a tour operator, which is engaged in developing, marketing, and distributing vacation travel packages in the outbound/inbound leisure travel market. Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

AC is already generating huge amounts of FCF. And intelligently paid down much debt way earlier than required. They have also been smart in assigning cash against future Capex to tone down Q1 results.
