Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. So Franzi is not even a year into a 2 year Non Compete.

But the story is he's joined the BOD of a company Baxter had negotiations with- just a couple months back?

The real question is why would Baxter and Spectral not just disclose that Baxter has taken a seat on the BOD?

Baxter has invested millions into the Tigris trial and invested millions in "Convertible Notes", Baxter having a seat would be logical..

So why the apparent obfuscation?
