FRAN - NBRI + MGXMGX delisted common shares from CSE but kept preferred shares ?
Left MGX stateside listing open.
Canadian shareholders still see ( halt )
Canadian shareholders can't access or trade their shares under the halt.
Jared is CEO of North Bay Resources.
NBRI is part owner of Fran claim.
North Bay performs a JV with MGX
Would this mean... only stateside and perferred Canadian MGX shares are
only in on the new JV ?
Canadian shareholders - left in limbo ?
Noone has contacted the common shareholders.
Is there a flaw in the system which permits the delisted Canadian shareholders
to remain on halt, can't access shares/monies ?
NRBI -
dependent on which source one reads,
North Bay has 1.95 billion to 4 billion to over 6.9 billion shares outstanding.
Any junior with that many shares outstanding - mining gold - will most likely profit
for company and self versus moving the needle on share price ( too many shares ).

We Canadian shareholders need a resolution.
It's obsurd to watch on as another junior works our Fran while stateside trades and
Canadian side is under halt and common shares delisted but still shows halt and i still
see my shares in my account.
Are we in a ( USA vs CDN ) battle ?
Were our claims parked stateside and Canadian shareholders excluded ?
Few of our claims are in - some interesting energy zonations ( BC ).
Would US want these.... hence drop common shareholders leave US side open ?
Zim... is all about U, and TREO's.
MGX formed an alliance with Zim in, 2014.
Why did i search this out ?
I was hoping to find NBRI with a recent consolodation with the whimsical thought of
MGX's 142 million shares absorbed into NBRI. ( future tense )
I've tried calling CSE.
Voice mail.
Seems... one has to know ( person by name ) and their ext # to get through.
If another shareholders could do same - maybe they'll have better luck.
I'd love to know what's going on.
