30% vs 2%Tilray reported 30% gain in net revenue on last report (Q over Q) vs a 2% gain in net sales (Y over Y) by CURA. The nice thing about using percentages is that it doesn't care about currency. For the sake of clarity both TLRY and CURA report in US Dollars.
Oddly enough I get accused of being a paid promoter. Well I can say I'm not but here's a fact, it's illegal for companies to do that so if I'm paid to be here then it would not be by TLRY. We do see a promoter of CURA of this forum however, I'm sure many noticed however have you noticed that those promoting CURA on the TLRY forum are not posting to the CURA forum ?
I am a retail investor. My experience comes from not only formal business training but also from doing, not pondering the potentials of the market. I have gone through the various stages of being a newbie and chasing stocks to trying to use charts to antispate "the next move" to now reverting to the age old teaching of Warren Buffett and researching heavily, using a dollar cost average strategy and being prepared to ride through the rough periods to await for the market to truly see the value of well beaten down stocks.
Warren's approach is not complicated but it requires research. It is not flashy as you trade infrequently and using partial cash and partial shares going in and coming out. It's not fast money as you wait for irrational traders to be replaced by value minded investors to replace the impatient traders.
It can be this though - excessively rewarding.
So far it has treated me well. My picks have either provided me cash payouts or has allowed me to select stocks / companies highly likely to succeed or be bought out. IMHO TLRY has now collected a great deal of quality products and patents to be a major player and for present investors to see very reasonable profits. I am looking forward to the news pending on the next acquistiion to be executed by Tilray
I am pondering releasing the name of the company to be purchased (the most probable) however if I do so it will be outside of trading hours and as close to the actual news release as possible.
I'll challenge all Tilray investors and traders to try and figure it out over the weekend
Best Regards
