So, in a nutshell, Mr Curleigh resigns in 2019, after being with the company for nine years.

The AMF launches an investigation into what it thinks may be shady dealings transacted in 2018.

Mr Curleigh comes back in 2023.

The Company announces that the AMF is investigating PP and Mr Curleigh two weeks later.
