GOLDBORO — Provincial regulators are asking for more information before they approve Calgary-based natural gas company Pieridae Energy’s application to transfer its development permit in the Goldboro Industrial Park to a numbered Nova Scotia company associated with an Irish green fuels enterprise, public documents show.
In a letter dated April 17, Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (NSUARB) Chief Clerk Bruce A. Kiley stipulated that “the Board is prepared to approve the transfer of the Permit to Construct” provided that Pieridae supplies the “certified status certificates” for itself and 4574030 Nova Scotia Limited from the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stocks, and an “executed copy” of the asset purchase agreement [with the numbered company] for the Goldboro property.
