RE:RE:RE:RE:Path forwardWe may not agree that the PP was warranted, or that certain (material) information was not provided, or that an investigation was warranted, or that sound business reasons were not provided, but it does appear the PP is a done deal and the authorities were satified that conditions for the PP were met.
Going forward, it will be interesting to see what this money gets used for. On the positive side, management now has more skin in the game, so it's to their benefit to realize a higher stock price.
Patience may be required.
Currently, FNC has a strong balance sheet when compared to other juniors and this may provide opportunities for more deal making and/or exploration work based on positive drilling results.
I think the news of Mr Ferron's departure may be due to a possible conflict of interest due to his position with PTX Metals. With this in mind, I'm hopeful of positive news regarding that arrangement.
When it comes to other properties and investments, I think FNC is well positioned to take advantage of continuing rises in most commodity prices. With that in mind, we could be one news story away from a material rise in the stock price.
