severely undervalued, not yet recognized by the market
In my opinion, Alta is a very undervalued company.
On the one hand we have the world-class junior copper deposit of Canariaco Norte, then the two other potential deposits of Sur and Verde.
On the other hand, we have the extremely robust figures from the last PEA from mid-May.
In addition, we see ourselves at the beginning of a raw materials boom with expected copper prices of 10,000 - 15,000 USD per ton of copper in the next few years.
We see declining grades and declining reserves of large mines, increasing demand due to decarbonization and increasing development of emerging markets.
It's a perfect storm for copper.
At the same time, the prices of gold and silver are rising - not insignificant by-products of Norte.
Alta also has a strategic investor on board, Fortescue Metals, who in my opinion could always be considered as a potential buyer.
There isn't much missing to access this evaluation potential.
Anyone who deals with the company is likely to come to an extremely positive result.
The share appears to be downside against the background of the already proven M&I resources secured.
