It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

They wouldn't file without merit . .

Obviously DN9 did something wrong to put them in this position. They are a lending company and not interested in owning a failing MJ company or manipulating the share price. So many heads up a$ses here. Thanks Johnny Jr.
