Granted, the funny part is making it sound like the SP in dollars is a good illustration.  Maybe a course in basic financial statement analysis is needed.

Did you look at the MIC?  I think the compensation table does not reflect the numbers in the narrative, but that is the least of the eyebrow raising things like realizing that they are benchmarking $400m to $1.3b market cap companies while PYR is just over $100m...for starters.
