Amazing deal for Pine Bay doubling in size

When u look carefully at the numbers associated with this doubling of the PINE Bay land area, the numbers show a modest issuance of CNX shares to the current owners of this land area. That tells me that CNX management did a great job negotiating this deal and that the landowner sees real value in owning CNX shares. This is a valuable shot in the arm for CNX. If the DEcendent drill numbers show a significant cu find, CNX is off to the races.
