RE:100,000 OK RS that's enough out of you. Facts? Rational questions? Expectations even? People come here for one reason. Idiotic stories and bizarre pumping. What are we at now, 16 months since Andy updated the promises.
28 months ago this was the 3-24 month plan. Totall hit it out of the park, as they say. They published basically the same list of initiatives in the last update.
Short Term Objectives (3-12 Months)
- Secure a commercial MOU with a Tier 1 Customer
- Establish a production partnership with a leading silicon organization
- Execute on a long-term funding strategy to meet the growth requirements; customer engagements and manufacturing partnerships
Medium-Term Objectives (12-24 months)
- Finalize the design of next-generation of Spectrum Slicing silicon solutions
- Secure commercial agreement with a Tier 1 customer
- Sign a production agreement with a strategic partner
- Explore M&A opportunities to add software capabilities and expand geographic reach

What's the minimum or average before an international patent can be accepted or denied? I posted some QUOTED facts, and immediately a "big roller" said that PCT – The International Patent System was wrong... but of course didn't say how and correct them with another reputable source.
Is that patent application a continuation on the AGC patent, as apparently most new patents have been, or is it new? Why aren't shareholders being told which it is? Where's the application posted?
I'm so sorry for poking at the few pretenders buying huge amounts of penny stocks every day (cough), but there are traders who actually care about due diligence.
