RE:RE:RE:Another FUD Friday has passedHarley103,

You stated "When you become a shareholder then speak."

Perhaps you simply couldn't remember that I have always been a Northern Graphite Corporation equities investor.
Picking one horse, i.e. just NGC.V, is not what I would have done.

You also stated "Oh how sweat it would be if we got financing before your NOU. I don't ask for much but let it be so!!!!"

I expect anything is possible.
Although, it's more about what the propability would be that such an occurrence could take place.
You have to know how the consultants game is played.
When you want U.S. Government and/or Government of Canada grant monies secured as being sent your way, the opportunity for quite advantageously price shares to be provisioned and squirreled away by and on behalf of "intermediaries" acting on behalf of having become "interested parties" . . .
Suffice to say that requisite "incentivization" of certain quite advantageously positioned parties is integrally important.
That is likely why the "At The Market" aspect to the $100 Million base shelf prospectus had been included as a specific manner by way of which the required capital could be raised on behalf of NGC.

Always remember that you are invested in a TSX-V listed equities issuer company and that all interested or would become "interested parties" would likely require NGC equities at nearest to 50% discount to NGC's book value per share price Harley103.

The company has to pay to play, so to speak.
