Tidewater Renewables Ltd. is a multi-faceted energy transition company. The Company is focused on the production of low carbon fuels, including renewable diesel. The Company is focused on turning a variety of renewable feedstocks, such as tallow, used cooking oil, distillers corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil and other biomasses into low carbon fuels. Through the production of renewable fuels, it generates operating emission credits, including the British Columbia Low Carbon Fuel credits (BC LCFS) and the Canadian Clean Fuel regulations (CFR) credits, which are sold to various counterparties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What's occurring ?Sold out of TWM at $0.98 and glad I did. Fortunately never sold a penny at those depressed $6 level in LCFS, just felt whiny back then.

Q1 results were great, back to $8, but it's all about the future and still trying to wrap my head around these environmental credits they get from the B.C. government, pretty big part of revenues. I know they have been steady at $400-500 but how to forecast that? Management only provides capacity utilization guidance which doesn't help much.
