VHI bought the software from Mount Sinai and left Crossly behind, had completely new management.
If I were you, which thankfully I am not, fact check with Crossley. No one's 'watching' RHT except the auditors, regulators and people on this BB. The contentious issue has always been Crossley and BoD and, as I keep saying, that amounts to 3 people and, while a couple of those have recently changed, they still have no idea how to run the company and definitely no idea how to treat their shareholders AND TRUTHFULLY..
