RE:RE:RE:NGC MORNING BRIEF

RE:RE:RE:NGC MORNING BRIEFHarely103,

First, you need to clearly understand that I own equity investment positions in both Northern Graphite Corporation and Nouveau Monde Graphite, along with many other graphite and superior proprietary graphene process manufacturing and integrated downstream graphene enhanced products manufacturing business verticals operating companies.

As I told youknowwhat earlier, it is known that the U.S. Governmet and The Canadian federal and Quebec provincial governments are going to be suppporting Nouveau Monde Graphite.
The Government of Canada provisioned specific assurances previously conveyed for Panasonic (Japan), Mitsui (Japan), GM and the other Nouveau Monde Graphite onboarded offtake purchase agreement provisioning customers/co-controlling NOU.V equity stakehold possessing partners, along with the U.S. Government expectations of "bonafide and bankable" additional investments follow-through necessarily undertaken by and on behalf of those U.S. situated battery cells manufacturers and their respective U.S. situated automotive manufacturing partners availing themselves of the recently announced 2 year grace period afforded by the U.S. Government for such otherwise immensely pejoratively impacted battery cells manufacturers and their respective U.S. situated automotive manufacturing partners; this tell us that Nouveau Monde Graphite's first of two mines, the Matawine graphite mine, will be brought into production on schedule and on budget.
What's more, the second long life graphite mine, specifically Nouveau Monde's 100% owned Lac Gueret graphite mine project, and all the would be most interested and otherwise immensely pejoratively impacted battery cells manufacturers and their respective U.S. situated automotive manufacturing partners needing to collectively take up there respective "bonafide and bankable" investments in bringing another Nouveau Monde Graphite owned graphite mine project to fruition . . . Suffice to say such behind the U.S. Government's 2 year eight ball types of companies would have already made arrangements with the named co- controlling equity stakehold possessing NOU owners, so as to allow such presently non-compliant U.S. situated battery cells manufacturers and their respective automotive manufacturer partners to resreve their respective place at the Nouveau Monde Graphite controlled table.
Savvy Harley103?

Once again, you need to clearly understand that Nouveau Monde Graphite has without any doubt actually taken far advanced actions toward becoming the single largest Canadian and North American based and truly integrated graphite miner and 45,000 tpa capacity manufacturer of SPCG anode component material; whereas, Northern Graphite Corporation has not.
As I said, Nouveau Monde Graphite is clearly the preselected "Canadian Champion".

You went on to state "
Yes NOU will get funding just like NGC but our deposits aren't 80% spoken for. Wonder which one the US military is eyeing, hint not NOU. "

As of today, NGC has a nearest to entirely depleted Lac des Illes historical graphite reserve and an old, although still useful, LDI graphite material processing plant facility and far too many would be profits draining expenses.
NGC has a problem (that's an understatement eh) maintaining any sort of upward trending share price stability.
What's worse is that the company management have likely resorted to begging for capital by way of what could be a $100 Million At The Market equity finance initiative, which is likely to be undertaken at share price points nearer to being discounted 50% to NGC's book value to share price of $0.18.
There seems to be "
A FIRE SALE" sign clearly posted here with Northern Graphite Corporation; whilst there would already be "A Two Time 10x+ Bagger ROI Opportunity" sign historically posted over at Nouveau Monde Graphite.

Finally, I'll say I know Bissette Creek is said to be hosting JUMBO FLAKE grade of graphite Harley103.
Alas, I am sure the to be positioned as newly controlling NGC.V equity owners could certainly appreciate having we NGC.V "minority" equities investors cut out of the the Bissette Creek equity control picture; and that is likely what "The Missionaries On Assignment" are always angling toward accomplishing eh.

In closing, I'll reiterate it's most likely that nothing good comes NGC's way.
I have held whilst having, on paper at least, written off my equity investment position here with NGC.V.
Most newcommers here would truly be welcoming of at least 100% move upward in the NGC.V share price. Although, I expect that could only happen "artificially", due to a NGC.V equity consolidation which would result in "artificially" and quite temporarily posting a higher NGC.V share price; this before the inevitable NGC.V short selling campaign takes over once again.
