Spin 101:

- do not say how long it will take partner to get approvals (12 -18 months?).

- disclose the 3 yr contract amount (with out mentioning that most of it will be backended?) and hope readers assume the amount is received equally over 3 years.

mgmt, get on with selling product in Canada now.
