Its key midstream assets include the Brazeau River Complex and Fractionation Facility (BRC), a full-service natural gas and NGL processing facility with natural gas storage pools, and the Ram River Gas Plant, a sour natural gas processing facility with sulfur handling solutions and rail connections. Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

Well done, rolling a 5.5% CB with a $1.86 conversion price into an 8% CB with a $0.78 conversion price! Have to applaud management for their genius (sorry, can't help myself...).

And this is after getting $650 million selling their best assets to Altagas and now being left with a bunch of midstream assets that don't generate cash flow.

Sticking to LCFS!
