Your premise is entirely wrong.

You're post inherently implies that you believe that the shareholders were made aware of this AMF investigation immediately and as expeditedly after "the board" was
suddenly aware?

Not even weeks or even months later.

I wouldn't mind if someone here would go back through the minutes of the meetings between and including Jan 23rd, 2018, and August 17th, 2023.
