Squandering millions from covid revenues certainly makes DM management look like business bozos or ....... Having said that, and in spite of the fact this looks like a rather curious investment is there anything positive here.

On the plus side, the "guts" of the game suggests, like others in this category of gaming, it has significant potential. The downside, these types of games need some serious up front marketing, something DM has been woeful at. Is this a prudent use of the $150,000 they got as part of the deal?

As for the details ....these shares don't impact on dilution for 4 months. If DM does not make some serious financial headway before then the sp may make the "cost" of this acquisition moot. If they do, we'll all be happy.
