Yes, I know I posted this before,

but it really makes one wonder just what they can believe. This came from an official news release from the company:

" The schedule to break ground on Sage Ranch will be within the month of April, 2024. The continuing drama between the TCCWD (Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District) and the city does not affect Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc.'s schedule. "

And yet it has.
