RE:RE:RE:RE:Status
  • @whois...... It would take pages for me to express my entire analysis on that subject, but simply put look at the last financial crisis and what was happening to economic indicators globally.  Similar things are happening now.
  • China has oversupply and they are trying to keep their economy going.  They are flooding the global economy with cheap goods.  This will have a major impact on local jobs in many countries.  If there are no jobs, people don't have money to pay debts, or extra disposable income.  Companies don't make earnings, hence profits suffer.
  • Companies are reducing the real estate footprint hence property management companies have trouble paying the mortage loans.  There is an increase in loan deliquincy payments and defaults.  Bankruptsies are increasing as well as bankrupsy protection.
  • More parttime jobs are created than full time.
  • Then there is hyperinflation.......and the central banks have a serious time with that.
  • When the market downturn occurs, no one will be immune.  Regardless of how solid a company is, which includes Almonty, it will feel the effect.  And since a good portion of the market runs on emotion, I expect Almonty's stock to drop.  How much will depend on how the market downturn unfolds.   A soft landing is unlikely as too many things are going south at the same time.   Its like a ship with so many small leaks, it will eventually go down........you heard the saying "death by a thousand cuts".
  • However, investory trading paradigm will change from what it has been for the last 30-40 years (as this was the period of falling interest rates and 2% inflation).  We will probably shift to a new norm of 2-4% inflation and interest rates between 3%-7%, provided the governements rain in the spending and printing of money.
