There is also many good reasons why a company will change auditors.

1) The company is growing and its need are changing.
2) The company is looking for a fresh take on technical issue.
3) The company needs deeper industry or business understanding.
4) The company needs greater access to global resources.
5) The company is looking for a change in approach,timeliness,or access.

In short...
As a company advance, so does the need for a better auditors.
The change in auditors could be a very good indication that something very big is coming.
