RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:JD still playing connect the dotsAlways fun to read your posts, fuzz.

What interest am I to you? Some of you are obsessed with me and it says a lot more about you than it does about me.

Here are my interests, very briefly explained. If an xB3 or p97 fusion protein is developed that depends on xB3 patents then that is something I want to be aware of. Did Rathjen give those rights away? Did Bioasis lose them? The peptide's structure is publicly available. Is somebody using that peptide or 70% or more of its patented structure? Would shareholders have a legal claim to anything of that sort if it's going on?

I can't help it if you, beenthere, zw or TT don't know anything about these things. I know what to watch for and I've set up some watches for some things.

And...

I want Rathjen and the BoD to be aware that somebody who knows something is watching. Nothing (NOTHING!!) based on p97 will get to an FDA IND application without me knowing it. And I don't have to do anything to know that or a host of other possible developments.

The shareholders still own Bioasis. They have rights.
