RE:Profit distribution PlanMJS as the parent has access to PRG's cash by way of PRG's distributable reserves insofar as PRG makes such dividend payments. PRG has issued shareholder dividends over the years and historically it appears that these dividends are paid in Q4 as per PRG's annual report. MJS receives its higher proportion as the parent while the non-controlling party receives a lower proportion. The amount distributed has been in line with annual profits. Please keep in mind that MJS reports on a consolidated basis so we don't see the breakdown like we do in PRG's financials.
The PRG AGM did not have any items of major impact other than PRG being able to issue/buyback shares. There is no plan for a special dividend, but that does not mean that normal dividends won't continue to be distributed.
