RE:Something Fundamentally Wrong As some posters have mentioned, it's taken VM longer than expected to get to the point of announcing their first sales. It's been a series of money raises at low valuations, doing some work, raising more money, doing more development work, then getting the product validated by radiologists, and now closing the first sales. In the meantime, you've got all the overhead associated with being a public company which sucks up cash quickly. This is why management, who are largely engineers and financial people, are not spending time communicating via social media. As they begin to generate cash flow, they'll staff up and you'll see more of a Marketing function from them.
