RE:RE:Red Cloud webinar on May 28Dear Pip,
Really! I am not employed by Ucore or anybody that has anything to do with Ucore. But if you believe I am, then I have some prime waterfront land down in Fla that you might be interested. Reasonable price per acre or a quarter a gallon. Fresh swamp grass included. Great views of local wildlife. Keep your hands inside the boat at all times. Free dipping in insect repellent with each showing of the land.
Okay, I missed the Red Cloud webinar. Did not get the E-mail until to late. Also, I don't have Zoom. Kids tried to set me up but I am not that good at computer tech stuff. So hopefully someone posts a link to the webinar when it is posted.
As for the delay in the timeline. Not unexpected. When I talked to Mark, he complained about DOD adding changes to the comtract. I thought a few months, maybe end of summer but 31 Dec. Either DOD added a lot of work or Ucore is hedging their bets against more changes. Pip, will hate to hear this but it is good news in a way. Remember Pip, slow deep breaths, in through mouth and out through the nose. Calmly, Calmly.
Okay why is this good news? Government contract for well know items and parts don't get changed much unless something unusual happens. But building/testing something, that is different. The government agree to build or test something using a set of plans. Changes to the plans and the government has to pay for that change. How much, will depend on how well Ucore negotiated the change clause to the contract. So less chance that Ucore does a stock offering of any kind during the delay.
Will the market like it? No way. Hey Pip, you might get that buying point in the 40s you were talking about.
Hey Bob, did they talk about if Ucore could start with the Canadian testing while they finished up with the DOD changes?
Pip, it has not been a science project since the Demo plant was built and working. Not at lab scale any more.
