First quarter usually the worst. They obviously had issues with a few of the states.

Good for the ceo to reduce consulting fees to help make financials better. I really dont know why he needs consulting fees. Maybe his dog needs an operation.

I think he is smart enough to weather the storm. It might take a few quarters to get back up. Good stock to keep on ticker. Ill be looking for a bottom again.
