Other than a buyout? what I think may happen is,a joint venture will be formed with ? they will fund the commercial plant and manage it,HPQ Polvere will get a royalty on sale/production and PYR will supply spare parts to Polvere to service the plant(s)they may they make it and exclusive deal with the JV partner based on furture plants being built within a set time ,i if the JV partner don't expand within the time frame then Polvere would be able to form JVs with other partners ,the agreement would probably also be restricted to determined regions.
Just my opinion of one way we could go forward.
