Dudes, everyones gotta chill

Just sit back and enjoy TUD not being down day after day. Take it all in. I think its sign that pricing on a financing has been set (75 cent unit and 85 cent ft unit?) and this never ending overhang will lift for the near future............long enough to get some good news out I hope!!!!!
