Ok, so with royalties on $1 million sales HPQ makes $600k EBITDA.

Now with the 50% partnership on $1 million sales, HPQ makes $350k EBITDA.

Yes, higher % margin.

i am not looking to impress anyone. Just trying to see the business side of it and see if my logic is off.

Kongratulation, anything wrong with this? Still a better deal with higher margins?
