RE:Spinco sharesG. did you forget that SpinCo starts with a 10/1 reverse split?=.1--IMO and I've been saying since doomsday, SpinCo is much more likely a dumping ground for the so called AR assets that Alamos refuses to be burdened with, so we will remain burdened with them and watch the geniuses that put us in this mess dilute SpinCo two or three times, couple more reverse splits and declare insolvency. IMO
