Sage had better get off the ground with final permits and a big fat loan, or at least get to the point where we learn if they can sell the units! What's the true demand?
I'm slow. I still don't get which is the cart and which is the horse in terms of sales and loan. Why would anyone lend money to a project with not enough security to back up the loan?! So I'm missing something.
Sage better work because it's a walk in the park compared to Montalva! Sage is simple as pie, how many hundreds of subdivisions get built a year in the US - 1000? 2000? They don't all work out but the business is a simple one as businesses go.
Montalva is a different BEAST altogether. I agree with Tyler I wouldn't ascribe any value to it at this point. You're better off hoping there's something to that next real estate project,
