Pierre, you've been wrong on just about all your predictions

Pierre, you've been wrong on just about all your predictionsYou thought rates would fall long ago.
You thought Brookfield would never buyback their Prenament Capital.
You thought the price diffence between the A's and T's would widen to about $3.00

You've just been lucky to buy BPO.    It's your Best performer of all your holding, yet you refuse to understand why..... Capital Gains on share price is most likely the main factor.

You maybe correct about where you hold your investments in which account, but that's only because most likely all your investment have virtually NO Capital Gains,  only Dividends are driving your income.

BPO, near term, it's mostly about Capital Gains, even though Dividends are Crazy High.   I'm pretty sure anyone buy past 6 months are betting on significant Capital Gains.   No hindsight needed.
