RE:RE:RE:RE:Echo ChamberYep, Context if I did say those things...  Early days, when I basically knew nothing about Brookfield or BPO Prefers.... and even my brokerage account didn't know how to classify them.  But things develop....   Kind of like my view of you.  

BPY is register I believe Bermuda.   We are under BPY now.   I've never had Non-Canadian stocks in my TFSA but I'm guessing if you had like U.S. stocks in your TFSA, Taxes will be owing on Dividends and Capital Gains even if they are in your TFSA.

I still classify BPO as High Risk Long Term.  But as I learn more, near term I think risk is low.

Again, I think something STINKS in general with the REIT sector.  If you look at the long term charts of just about ANY REIT, the share price goes down down down..

Yet, we all know inflation makes property worth more.
