The tumor microenvironment (TME) primarily comprises cancer cells, cancer-infiltrating immune cells, and stromal cells. And while tumor cells alter the TME by secreting signaling molecules to induce immune tolerance, ONCY's pelareorep is able to enhance the propagation of new and existing TiLs, thus remodeling the TME, and these immune cell infiltrating and remodeling the TME positively influences the prognosis of patients with cancers.
