RE:NGC MORNING BRIEF Sunday editionyouknowwhat,
China is going to do what China needs to do.
The same simply can't be said about the Canadian Government.
Alas, this Canadian\Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Federal Finance Minister is too busy finding and sending Tens of Billions of "The Peoples of Canada" monies over to her Oligarch friends over in Ukraine (don't forget the "10% for the big guy" eh).
Critical elements, graphite in particular, are of a Canadian National Economic Security importance and therefore are deemed to be of Canadian National Security importance.
It's simple. For a company like NGC it's highly unlikely that automakers and their respective battery cells manufacturing partners would be in any way interested, i.e. unless and until Canadian Federal Government senior representatives assurances of capital grants, capital loan/credit facilities and other forms of requisite assistance are conveyed to such, automakers and their respective battery cells manufacturing partners.
This obviously hasn't happened for Northern Graphite Corporation because NGC is so far away from meeting Government of Canada determined most basic criteria, i.e. amonsgt other things, NGC is not now a truly comprehensively integrated graphite miner.
We know that NGC has no present ability to proprietarily process manufacturer SPCG anode component material and there is little chance that the Canadian Government is willing to pay for NGC Battery Material Group employees over in Germany to take another ten years and still not successfully fully develop the technical capacity to actually manufacture battery cell anode component material.
After 10 years of so called development on behalf of Heraeus Group, this "PorocarbTM" porous hard carbon anode additive material "candidate product" - that's correct, it's only a potential "candidate product" because it is not yet validated, adequately qualified and necessarily certified as being "a commercially viable" battery anode additive material product - is not commercially viable".
The Government of Canada most senior representatives also know that there exists a greater likelyhood that the equity control of Northern Graphite Corporation and it's remaining assets would need to first be shifted, shuffled and dealt away into the control of a party or parties considered to be most serious.
Alas, The Government of Canada most senior representatives likely view Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq ET AL, collectively "The Missionaries On Assignment", as being laughable failures.
The mere act which "The Missionaries On Assignment" have collectively been displaying has just about run it's course.
That "Team Canada" of critical elements miners shtick and the work/vacation excursion to France and the UK with Minister Wilkinson and the others . . . Suffice to say that was yet another "bait and switch" maneuver on the part of Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq ET AL, collectively "The Missionaries On Assignment".
You stated "Conclusion, North American graphite mines need US government financing and the US government needs North American graphite mines."
Nouveau Monde Graphite co-controlling equity stakeholders, i.e., Panasonic (Japan), Mitsui (Japan) and GM have the ear of those at the highest levels of U.S. Government.
Nouveau Monde Graphite is the North American based truly integrated graphite mines to finished SPCG anode component material Champion; whilst Northern Graphite Corporation is the perpetually money losing, being milked dry and more often not graphite miner that is far too desperately in need of capital.
NGC = "A FIRE SALE"
An up to $100 Million and likely "At the Market" and nearer to 50% discounted to book value per share priced equity offering is incoming.
Now that's an NGC = "FIRE SALE" eh.
