What do 3 Super Rich guys know that we don't?

What do 3 Super Rich guys know that we don't?Just wondering how de Alba convinced these 3 very successful businessmen and very wealthy investors to back his US clone of Catalyst Capital? It seems that the controversial Newton Glassman, founder of Catalyst, is not involved in GDA Luma, Just de Alba listed as the founder.

It appears it has been quite some time since de Alba produced a big win. Yet, he convinced these 3 Billiionaires to back GDA Luma????. Hopefully, he can soon have a big win to gain their confidence. I see nothing in the Catalyst or GDA portfolio that could produce a win that could be in the $Billions other than Frontera Energy, but sold off in pieces, Corporate Raider syle, very common a few decades ago.  Hopefully, de Alba can show his deal making prowness to his rich backers and pull it off.

At least 2 of them own very Big Mansions on the water in Miami where GDA is located. Which seems more than a coincidence with de Alba also having a home there. Two of them are major investors in multiple major Sports teams, thus surely why de Alba is exploring the Sports team market for GDA investments.
