The SH Cops removed my last post because I tell the truth ....LoL....Here is what I said (edited to comply with SH Cops ; )

I will expand my reason.....I tend to think that this has churned enough paper recently and this NR this a.m is a prelude to a RS which could be something proposed in the up-coming meeting.

Can't say for certain
