From Adoption Perpective::  Usually Smaller Entities wait for Larger Entities to Test / Try ...  They save $$$ !

* note:: Kerp in Mind Dross & Drosrite Residue can be Stored & process at a later time like when 5000 Tonnes is reached (it's been going on in Landfills / other Hazardous waste facilities to date to this day)...
