RE:RE:Why is BIG languishing?Assays are weeks away. July 22 is the approximate target date (April podcast video). I don't buy the conspiracy the the company will sit on poor holes. They rushed partial results of 23-26 out the door before the hole was even completed. They didn't have to do that.
Speculators will do what speculators will do for their own fly-by-night reasons. From an investor standpoint BIG is exploring the first porphyry intrusion of a brand new porphyry belt. They already have an ore grade in 23-05 meaning this porphyry is well mineralized (It also suggests that the entire belt is well mineralized). The project/area is already substantially derisked which is why Barrick (and Rio Tinto?) bought in so quickly.
I am content to give them the time they need to flesh all of this out. If others would rather sell and buy Bitcoin to each their own. I am convinced that BIG will pay off handsomly in time. That is why I am here.
What will the first holes reveal? We don't know and won't know until the press release. In my opinion they will have punched more holes through the Bornite blanket similar to 23-05 or better.
Some have claimed that moving the drills around the property is a sign of failure. I don't buy that! In a complex geological environment it takes time to figure out what you are seeing in the drill core. BIG has a big property with lots of targets.
