Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. RHCs Steveville Helium Plant Continues to Ramp-Up Capacity

RHCs Steveville Helium Plant Continues to Ramp-Up Capacity

Last week, Royal Helium Ltd. (Ticker: RHC.v or RHCCF for US investors) shared an operational update on its Steveville helium purification facility, situated near Brooks, Alberta. The company has successfully dispatched the 10th and 11th trailers of purified helium from this facility, marking a pivotal milestone in its ramp-up phase.

RHC is a forward-thinking production, infrastructure, and exploration company with a primary focus on helium and associated gases. The company's extensive footprint includes promising helium permits and leases across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. Given the global undersupply of this critical and non-renewable resource, RHC is strategically positioned to become a leading North American producer of helium.

The company's production-phase Steveville facility is showing robust growth, with a notable increase in throughput rate and consistency in run-time. On the input side, the production zones of the reservoir are performing as projected, with helium concentrations meeting or even surpassing initial expectations. This promising performance underscores the facility's potential and the accuracy of the company's forecasts.

Over the past three weeks, the facility has stabilized its production at 50% of its nameplate capacity, with occasional surges reaching up to 75%. This stable production rate translates to approximately four trailers of purified helium per month, a significant 100% increase from previous levels. Once the plant reaches full capacity, it is expected to produce between seven and eight trailers of helium per month.

Andrew Davidson, CEO of Royal Helium, expressed his satisfaction with the progress at Steveville, attributing the success to the dedicated teams of engineers, electrical and instrumentation technicians, and programmers working on-site.

He stated, “We are pleased with the progress being made at Steveville by the teams of engineers, electrical and instrumentation technicians, and programmers we have working at site. With the number of adjustments lessening as we approach run rate, we look forward to achieving the full economic potential of the facility.”

RHC remains committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth, positioning itself as a key player in the helium market. The continued development at the Steveville facility is a testament to the company’s strategic vision and dedication to maximizing the economic potential of its resources.
