RE:Chaff!

RE:Chaff!"Let me ask, though.  In all seriousness, is there any chance at all that WMG would be allowed to resurface or are they truely dust in the wind???"

Any chance?
That's the whole problem Split, we just don't know because they have refused to issue any news or updates in over a year.
You yourself said that you were going to contact them, did you?

And all the rosey projections that they did release never happened :
- moving the CPP to Nevada
- Building a new R&D facility
- Production plant in Ohio
- Licensing the technology
- 25000 MT purchase agreement
- Having an independant auditor determine the value of the company.
- promised to have regular Zoom meetings to keep shareholders informed and answer questions.
- lawsuits (at least three)
B.C. court awards employee $3.97M in severance pay, damages (where's that gonna come from?)
- and all the rest (some METALUTION huh?)

It's not a matter that they need to be 'allowed' to resurface, it is and always has been up to them.
They let the financials go unfiled, unaudited so they were out of compliance.

The regulator was just enforcing the rules.
It's pretty obvious why they would do that (if they had this huge monster world changing technology would they let it go under because they couldn't file some paperwork?)
Obviously things were not as the led people on to believe.
Remember things were 'beyond expectations' and 'higher purity Mg than predicted'?
The whole audit reason is pretty lame.
15 months without a word on the company or project?
I'd say that's a pretty strong indication.

So, are they done?
For all intents and purposes, probably yes.
If they had intentions to resume they would most likely have issued some kind of statement periodically to retain any kind of credibility.
They haven't.
I can't imagine too many investors would feel confident in putting their cash on the line the way these guys operate.
Word was Sam never did have a good track record.
Ed?
People said he seemed like a pretty good guy, not sure why he didn't just tell it like it is.
If there are setbacks, which isn't uncommon for R&D startups, just say so, but this being halted for not filing nonsense?
That would have worked for a month or two.
And what did happen to the $300,000+ that you emphatically said they would use to get audited?

Even if it ever does come back there would likely be a rollback, too many shares out.
At maybe a penny or two?
Then who would we sell our shares to, would you buy more based on past performance?

All I saw was negative garbage from almost everyone.

The negativity was based on reality, nobody would be negative if they actually did what they said.
They kept on saying things that never happened, people pointed that out, that isn't garbage.
It's asking for evidence and accountability.

I felt, and still feel the tech and the potential is there.  Just, maybe, they needed to be better salesmen.

How do you or any of us really know what the have/had?
All we can know is what they said.
Trust in the directors is huge, once that is gone there is nothing left.
Remember Ed said that they were paranoid about secrecy?
That China would steal the process.
The proof is in the pudding.
There is no pudding.

Disappointed?
Yes, we all are.
The only good news is that you can write it off against any capital gains that you may have.

If you ever do get a hold of someone please let the board know.
And thank you for posting your message, maybe Stockprobe and Bigrig would have the same courtesy?
Seeing as they always crowed about how the bashers always had some ulterior motive in questioning other than trying to incite an official public statement from the company (yes Bigrig, ''call the company'' if you want answers, right?)
How'd that work out?
Stockprobe, still adding bashers to that 'class action' that you always threatened?
Oh and your deadline too has passed, no?
Did all the Gentiles go poof?

RE:RE:RE:Is it time…..

The picking of 2 of everything is past. Now we are in the last 7 days where soon the doors will be closed. The time of the Gentiles is nearly done.
